Delivery within 7 - 10 months. As your watch is yet to be produced, which is a time-consuming process, ANGELIER maintains the right to change the delivery time. Of course, we strive to deliver your watch as soon as possible.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are aware that delivery may take longer than expected. In case of severe delays, we will inform you via email.

Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority.

We offer a full refund when the product has not been used.

Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.

Customers have the right to return the order within 14 days from receiving the order. You should enclose the original packaging, the product cannot be used/worn and should be sealed in the original plastic wrapping when returned. Once verified that the watch is in its original condition we will issue a full refund.

Please note that if your watch does not meet the above criteria, we can unfortunately not refund the product.  

If customers use their right to send back an order they should contact ANGELIER in order to get an address to send the goods to. You should inform us within 14 days after receiving the product that you want to return it. The product should be in our possession at the latest 14 days after informing us about your wish to return it. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Please note that we do not accept returns outside the EU that are made without our certified return form.

Your Angelier Classique watch comes with Two year warranty. For pre-orders the warranty term starts from the date of shipment. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case, crystal). Other parts than the above are not covered by this warranty. To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please use our contact form on the "contact" page. In the e-mail you need to specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue at hand. Finally, write ‘reclaim of purchase’ as subject of the e-mail and mail. Note that repair/replacements will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty term.

  • Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.)
  • Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
  • Failure or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster such as for example an earthquake
  • Esthetic changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging (minor scratches, etc.; on the case and/or cystal, alteration of the colour on the strap.
  • In case the purchase date or other information has been rewritten

You can choose to pay with IDEAL, PayPal, Google and Apple Pay and several others.

Pay with your American Express, Visa or MasterCard securely over the Internet. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) - also known as Algemene Verordering Gegevensbescherming (AVG) in the Netherlands. This is the privacy protection law for European citizens.

Canceling orders

You may freely cancel your order for a full refund up to two weeks after completing your purchase. After this period, your production slot is definitively booked for you, and we can no longer accept cancelations.

If the production run isn’t sufficiently funded

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you are aware that your payment is used to fund the production run that includes your watch. If, after your purchase, too many other production slots remain unsold to fund the production, the entire batch is canceled. You will be informed immediately and you will immediately be refunded. This means that, even if you have successfully completed your order, ANGELIER maintains the right to cancel it. If we later find a way to make the batch happen nonetheless, you will be provided an opportunity to have a first call on a slot.

The start of the production run

Since we fund our production runs on a presale basis, we need a little bit of time to sell enough production slots. We promise that no more than one month shall pass between your order and the start of the production run. If that turns out insufficient, we shall communicate accordingly and—if needed—activate point above.
